South America

Our love affair with South America started way back in 2006 on the epic Inca Trail in Peru. More than a decade on, Latin America continues to seduce us with its spectacularly diverse nature, exceptional wildlife experiences, fascinating histories and cultures, and divine food and wine.

Our travels through this captivating continent have taken us from the steamy Caribbean shores of Colombia in the north, through Ecuador and the Galapagos, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world.

Between those two points, we’ve experienced otherworldly high-altitude deserts, mesmerising snow-capped mountains, expansive rainforests, wild and remote islands, thundering waterfalls, vibrant cities, quaint historic villages, extraordinary ancient sites, and so much more. Visit just once and you’ll be hooked, too.

Incomparable Galapagos: Photo Gallery

They say a picture speaks a thousand words, and as adjectives and whimsy won’t ever paint a vivid enough picture of this enchanted archipelago, we’re letting our photos do the talking. After nearly three weeks in the Galapagos Islands, we depart not only with several thousand images (worth millions of words!), but the privilege of having visited …
